Tragedy befalls the family of ranchowner Jim Clay (Quaid) and his wife Kyle (Mare Winningham) when their teenage son Nathan (Ryan Merriman), who had hoped to enter the rodeo big leagues like his dad, is left a paraplegic after an auto accident.

Colonel William Ludlow (Anthony Hopkins) and his three sons Samuel (Henry Thomas), Tristan (Brad Pitt) and Alfred (Aidan Quinn) live together in a closely bonded family in the Rocky Mountains of Montana, USA, at the beginning of the 20th century. When Samuel brings home his fiancé Susanna Fincannon (Julia Ormond), the relationship between the three brothers gets disrupted. Alfred (Aidan Quinn) falls in love with Susanna, while Susanna falls in love with Tristan (Brad Pitt). Things go from bad to worse when the trio decide to fight in Europe in the first World War of 1914, despite the Colonel's strong objection.

THE ALAMO id a historical drama detailing the 1835-36 Texas revolution before, during, and after the famous siege of the Alamo where 183 Texans and Tejanos commanded by Colonel William Travis (Patrick Wilson), along with Davey Crockett (Billy Bob Thornton) and Jim Bowie (Jason Patric), were besieged in by a Mexican army of nearly 2,000 men under the personal command of the Mexico's General Antonio Lopez de Santa Ana (Emilio Echevarría), and the subsequent Battle of San Jacinto where the rag-tag army of General Sam Houston (Dennis Quaid) defeated Santa Ana's army leading to the indepedence of Texas.

Formerly titled Zorro Unmasked and The Mask of Zorro 2, The Legend of Zorro is the much-awaited sequel to 1998 film, The Mask of Zorro. The year is 1850 and our swashbuckling hero is challenged by the most dangerous mission of his life. After fighting to help California become the 31st state of the Union, Alejandro de la Vega (Antonio Banderas) must live up to his promise to his wife Elena (Catherine Zeta-Jones) - to give up his secret identity as Zorro and live a normal life. But tyrants are once again conspiring to unleash a bigger storm, and only Zorro can stop it. But will Alejandro succeed without the Elena's support?

Based on a true story, this adaptation of a novel by Janice Woods Windle is set during the Civil War. The McClure sisters, Sarah Ashby (Dana Delaney) and Euphemia (Annabeth Gish), struggle to survive in the male-dominated plains of West Text. When their homestead is attacked by Native American warriors and Mexican rebels, the two must bring their family to safety. Angelina Jolie also stars.

With his brothers, Virgil (Michael Madsen) and Morgan (Linden Ashby), Wyatt, with guns blazing, cleans up the violence-plagued towns of the old West. Earp takes up with prostitute and drug addict Mattie Blaylock (Mare Winningham), but leaves her for actress Josie Marcus (Joanna Going). In Tombstone, Arizona, the Earp brothers and Wyatt's tuberculosis-plagued compulsive gambler best friend Doc Holliday (Dennis Quaid), finally meet their match in a ruthless gang led by Ike Clanton (Jeff Fahey).
